Our prestigious NW based NHS Trust are seeking Junior Clinical Fellows to join their committed ED team and commence in post by August 2020.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Trust who has built an excellent reputation for delivering high quality patient care while being instrumental in enhancing its capacity to deliver a world-class emergency service.
The department runs a 24/7 service, with permanent middle grade doctor presence. The role will not only involve delivering direct clinical care to patients but will also require the candidate to supervise students, deliver teaching, engage with audit and governance whilst taking part in the in-house educational programme.
This post would be ideal for candidates who are interested in a career in Emergency Medicine and who wish to apply for an ACCS programme next year. The programme will provide broad coverage in line with the national curriculum and good training exposure.
Due to the service demand, the successful candidate must hold a full registration with the GMC and have an existing right to live and work in the UK, at the time of application. Candidates who are not GMC registered or do not hold existing right to live and work in the UK, at the time of application will not progress through to the shortlisting stage.
All junior clinical fellows will be allocated a named consultant supervisor who will support any educational and pastoral needs; senior support and guidance is easily accessible within the department.
